Journeys:  What Do I Want to Do With the Rest of My Life?

You’ve probably heard the expression “Life is a Journey, not a Destination.”  But what exactly does that mean, for you – personally?

The Journeys workshop series provides the opportunity for women to come together, explore, listen & receive support  and have some fun on the way.

Are you a woman who is:

  • Looking for a change, but not sure what it might be?
  • Curious, wondering “what’s next?”
  • Seeking companions and support in the journey

You’ll enjoy thought-provoking individual exercises and brief discussion of key points on the topics of

Identity

Relationships & Roles

Making Meaning of the Aging Process

Motivation and Goal Setting – What’s Next?

Liz & Keri have a wonderful experience planned for you.  Are you ready to join a small group of like-minded women ready to explore and play?

You don’t want to wake up next month and say, “Wow, I wish I had . . .”  (because we bet you have done this before – put everyone else ahead of yourself.)
